It was interesting to watch them paving below Archer's Inn - (Elevation 4,600 feet) with Sugar Mtn making snow at the same elevation across the valley. I asked what the lowest temperature was for paving and they told me 52 degrees. With cold & rain and a forecast for snow and cold on Thursday, the pavers picked up their equipment and left the mountain on Wednesday. I beleive they actually paved down to 27 degrees before they left. Pavement ends at the Beech Alpen Inn & Kat's. Who knows when they will be back ......
