Our President for four years, Sully Curren, was not able to attend this year, because of illness. Vice-President Allen Borden called the meeting to order. The present Bd of Directors were introduced. Matt La Vigne gave the financial report. Brian Barnes spoke about the Highlights of the year. Three special guests were introduced: Randy Feierabend, Town Mgr, Jim Brooks, BMVFD Chief, and the new Capt. of the Fire Dept, Bob Pudney. After being at the meeting, I feel the BMC has been very well taken care of by the Mgr and staff and Bd of Directors, and I also sense a new era of cooperation between the town, club, and fire dept. Connie Bowen and Dick Dunn, were given plaques for their years of excellent service, as Board members. Sully Curren will also receive one, and his service was especially appreciated.
The new Bd of Director members were announced: Weidner Abernathy, Jack Dickerson, and Peter McDonald. Congratulations.
