Our Tournament was a Step Aside Scramble. Each team teed off. One member's drive was selected, and that person could not hit the next shot. This was continued for all the holes, and made for a very fair tournament, since the top player's shot could not be used all the time.

Before the tournament began, Fred France and Jim Brooks of the BVFD promoted the BMC 5K Race to be held on July 7th. A Pancake Breakfast will be held at 8:00 A.M. at the BMC Pavillion for $10. All funds raised will support the new Fireman's Park Plyground on St. Andrews adjacent to Fire Station #2.
