The seafood buffet at the Clubhouse tonight was simply wonderful! If you weren't there tonight, make sure you don't miss it next month.
From salad bar, Manhattan clam chowder, snow crab legs, mussels, oysters Rockefeller, tender steamed asparagus spears and carrots, potatoes au gratin, a scrumptous fish dish...
...New York strip station...
...smoked salmon, scallops sivechy and huge shrimp cocktail, it was all fantastic.
We hardly had room for the key lime pie, apple pie, chocolate mousse cake, chocolate torte with white chocolate and raspberry coulis, cannolis and cookies...but we managed!
There were approximately 82 people served tonight. The views were amazing with the cooler temperatures that kept the haze away. Kudos to Chef Dan, the assistant chefs, Ron, the servers and hostess who all made this a memorable night. Anyone not in attendance should immediatley sign up for next month's edition.
