I understand that the new member fee for new buyers will increase from $150 to $1000 effective November 1st. I had not heard that this was even anticipated so it was quite a shock. I'm afraid this may be the "straw that broke the camel's back" for some buyers trying to decide between the Buckeye Rec Center and the Club if they are not golfers.
